Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs) enjoy widespread adoption, and a majority of respondents report using ADCs as their primary means of drug dispensing. Pharmacy's high level of involvement in purchasing ADCs may help explain the high satisfaction rates reported by ADC users. ADCs ranked fourth among all pharmacy automation solutions in user satisfaction.
