Isolator for Compounding Hazardous Drugs Iso Tech’s ChemoSphere is a negative-pressure ISO Class 5 glove box with unidirectional airflow in both the working chamber and the antechamber. The isolator meets the USP <797> and NIOSH regulations for chemotherapy compounding and operational safety, and is available in 4, 6-, and 8-foot models with alarms, interlocks, and optional features.
