Compounding Verification System
Ariel introduces Verify, a wireless, bar code-based system that verifies the ingredients used
in compounding. Using a handheld bar code reader, pharmacy staff scans the bar code on the order label printed by your pharmacy information system and then scans each ingredient’s bar code to verify its accuracy. The system guides personnel through the compounding process and facilitates pharmacist verification of technician activities, while maintaining a detailed record of all quality assurance activity to ensure that no orders are missed or incompletely or incorrectly verified. Verify can also be used to monitor and track IV deliveries and returns.

Infant Wristbands
Precision Dynamics releases Precision Infant Thermal Band Wristbands for positive patient identification. Featuring an adhesive closure, the wristbands work with most thermal printers and can accept linear and two-dimensional bar codes. A special coating protects printed information from water, soap, alcohol, and hand sanitizers. Available on a 1.5-inch core with 200 bands per roll, the bands are available in white or in a “Snuggy Bear” pattern.

Trigger Spray Bottle
EPS releases three sizes of trigger spray bottles: 8, 16, and 32 ounces. Equipped with a long trigger grip, EPS Trigger Spray Bottles can be used to clean many surfaces, including counters and compounding equipment. Sterile Alcohol
