Decision Support for Sterile Product Preparation                                                                    Envision Telepharmacy announces Pharm-Q ITH, a decision support system used for supervision and verification of medication prepared in a sterile environment. Institutional Warfarin Manager
CoagU-Log is a Microsoft Access database program designed to facilitate tracking and management of warfarin patients. CoagU-Log is used by hospital pharmacies to help meet the requirements of JCAHO National Patient Safety Goal 3E.
