Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC's) enjoy widespread adoption, and a majority of respondents report using ADC's as their primary means of drug dispensing. Pharmacy's high level of involvement in purchasing ADC's may help explain the high satisfaction rates reported by ADC users. ADC's ranked fourth among all pharmacy automation solutions in user satisfaction.
