Health Care Logistics offers Tamper Tuf vials with caps, which provide a tamper-evident solution for extemporaneous unit dosing of oral liquid medications. A tab on the cap snaps into the filling port to permanently close the vial, and a tear-away strip allows for removal with a quick pull. Once pulled, the vial shows evidence of usage or tamper and cannot be reattached. The caps feature large ports for easy filling; each package contains 250 vials with caps, and they come assembled or unassembled in 15 mL and 30 mL sizes. The amber vials protect the integrity of light-sensitive medication and are graduated every 5 mL with raised markings.
