Grifols has acquired the remaining share of Goetech LLC (trade name MedKeeper), which develops and commercializes mobile and Web-based technology solutions. MedKeeper solutions are designed to enhance quality assurance standards and operational productivity. In addition, MedKeeper solutions monitor and track compounding activities. The acquisition of MedKeeper will serve to both complement and strengthen Grifols’ Pharmatech business line.
