Partnering with Kit Check, SCA Pharma adds an embedded RFID tag to all of its products. Through the use of Kit Check technology, SCA Pharma seeks to improve the efficiency and accuracy of OR medication tracking processes. The embedded RFID tag will save room in OR trays, increasing ease of use. Additionally, Kit Check’s tunnel association technology registers important item-level data for each unit of medication at the point of production, creating a record for that product’s lifecycle.
