WillCall Rx from SencorpWhite combines advanced storage and retrieval capabilities with simple software that automates hospital pharmacy fulfillment. It can be connected with any existing pharmacy management software system. WillCall Rx provides carousel technology with HIPAA-compliant automated storage and retrieval to bridge the gap between the pharmacist and pharmacy technician, while delivering patient information at the point of fulfillment. Using bar code or RFID technology, information is captured by the management system when a prescription is written, scanned, and placed in WillCall Rx's secure storage for patient pickup. The carousel uses compact, five-foot-high bins with 12 bins per carousel and can handle 2,100 prescriptions using configurable, multi-sized totes.
