Baxter Healthcare Corporation reports that all of its Puerto Rico manufacturing facilities are operating at pre-hurricane production levels. Significant progress has been made on the supply of products manufactured in Puerto Rico, including small volume parenterals, MINI-BAG Plus, amino acid, and certain premixed products, which are now available. In addition, large volume parenterals (LVPs), which are not made in Puerto Rico, continue to be available; Baxter will bring millions of additional units of LVPs into the United States through permanent FDA approval for products made at a Baxter facility in Mexico.
