Change Healthcare introduces MedRx, a claims billing and consumer engagement solution that allows pharmacies to process and receive reimbursement for COVID-19 tests. When a patient requests a test, the pharmacist can input the insurance information into MedRx for payment prescreening in real time. After the test, the pharmacist selects the correct user code and submits the claim, secure in the knowledge that the claims billings comply with payer policies for the test kit and sample collection.
