CareFusion announces the Spring 2010 avail- ability of Pyxis Nurse Link, a software product that consolidates and presents a patient’s clinical information—including medication orders, labs, and vitals—on a PC or hand-held device. Pyxis Nurse Link helps streamline clinician work- flow by enabling pre-selection of medications for removal at the Pyxis MedStation system. Nursing can access key clinical information including the complete list of medications ordered for the patient, drug information, and patient education materials in multiple languages. When used in concert with Pyxis Advisor, this software assists in identifying poten- tial adverse events.
