Health Care Logistics introduces the Secure Drop Cart, a locking mobile drug disposal cart that helps to reduce the risk of drug diversion, tampering, or removal of used medication products from traditional waste bins. The system allows users to safely and efficiently dispose of used drugs, IV bags, and other patient care products with drop box-style security and convenience. The durable melamine cart features a pullout drawer with a baffle for disposal of used medications and supplies. When the drawer is closed, products fall into a waste bin below and can only be accessed by authorized personnel when they unlock the bottom door. It is not possible for unauthorized personnel to remove the drawer or reach in and pull items out through the baffle inside the drawer. The cart is available in multiple colors.
