Temperature Monitoring System

Sensaphone

The Sentinel Monitoring System from Sensaphone is designed to help maintain vaccine quality and meet the CDC’s cold storage temperature guidelines. The system provides 24/7 remote monitoring of temperatures inside medical refrigerators and freezers, as well as environmental conditions. It can be used with Sensaphone’s local temperature display for an at-a-glance reading of current temperatures, as well as minimum and maximum pre-set temperatures. The local temperature display is paired with a NIST-calibrated probe buffered in a bottle filled with glycol or glass beads to ensure the readings represent the temperature of the refrigerator’s contents rather than ambient air. The system also provides an audible alarm for out-of-range temperatures and can be programmed to turn on a light or siren for additional on-site alarm notifications.
