Holon introduces its Pharmacy Work Flow Manager allowing hospital pharmacies to integrate CPOE into established workflows and centralize all pharmacy orders into a single solution. The integrated pharmacy workflow system is designed to enhance operational efficiency by load balancing the order process and providing connectivity across the enterprise. Vital patient data is automatically populated into the system for scanned orders using Holon’s Desktop Integration. Pharmacists can annotate orders and can put any order on hold, such as anticoagulant drugs, until education has been completed. Non-order communications are handled in the same system assuring complete interaction.
