Swisslog announces the launch of a password- protected Web portal to enable North American customers to order spare parts and accessories, track service history, download documentation, view order status, and register for training classes. Customers who purchase spare parts for pneumatic tube systems using the online store will receive an additional 2% discount through February 2010.
