Pharmacy Ideas Computing announces a new competency module for its RxTask service, a management program used to schedule and document all operational tasks required in the pharmacy including USP <797>-compliance tasks. The module allows for both instructor led and self-guided competencies. The competency has multiple presentation documents and policies attached to allow a user to review all material at their own pace. The user takes a Web-based quiz to demonstrate their competency and if the quiz is passed, it can be submitted for review by the pharmacy supervisor. The applicable supervisor will receive daily alerts by email whenever competencies are pending approval. RxTask also will send daily reminder emails as the competency due date approaches. The software is completely customizable for each pharmacy.
