Kirby Lester's new FillSafe security system provides an additional level of safety during medication replenishment on Kirby Lester's KL60 and KL100 outpatient pharmacy dispensing robots. The unique hardware-software combination deactivates a removed cassette until it is properly authorized by a pharmacist, eliminating any chance of unauthorized cassette dispensing. FillSafe also streamlines the return-to-stock process without compromising speed and efficiency. The KL60 compact robot can automate 35-45% of an outpatient pharmacy's total orders, while the midsized KL100 robot can automate 50% or more of total orders.
