With LDT-CV, the compounder verification program from LDT Health Solutions, subscribers receive annual, independent quality reports that measure their outsourcing compounder's compliance to all applicable, prevailing statutes, rules, and regulations, including compliance with the Federal Drug Quality and Security Act (DQSA). As nationally recognized subject matter experts, LDT provides this service as an Independent Review Organization (IRO). The program is designed to provide subscribers with data that demonstrates how their national or local outsourcing compounders comply with all known industry standards and to communicate these quality indicators to subscribers in a way that is supported by a qualified, independent third party.
