Susan M. Flaker, PharmD, MBA, DPLA, is the regional pharmacy director for Mayo Clinic Health System in the SEMN region. She is currently on the executive committee for ASHP section of Digital and Telehealth Practitioners. She has done extensive work with inventory management and is currently working on multiple Pharmacy AI projects for the Mayo Clinic including optimizing inventory practices with the technology. Dr. Flaker has a passion for driving the practice of pharmacy forward by optimizing technology to allow pharmacists to work at the top of their license.
