PP&P’s fifth annual survey results are based on the responses of pharmacy directors nationwide representing a balance of facility sizes, settings, and compounding volumes. Interestingly, most facilities are compounding both low- and medium-risk products (81% and 73%, respectively), however only 12% are conducting high-risk compounding, which primarily occurs in the largest facilities.
