The trend of diminishing reliance on the gray market to procure pharmaceuticals saw a disturbing reversal this year, despite the fact that most facilities with a policy in place forbid this potentially dangerous practice. It appears to be time for the 57% of facilities without an official policy in place to commit to crafting one.
