On the heels of last year’s dip, medical grade refrigeration adoptions this year have grown apace. Historically, larger facilities set the trend and drove much of the implementation activity for this technology. However, this year it is notable that the growth was driven primarily by smaller facilities. In fact, facilities with 100-200 beds experienced a 6% jump in adoptions, while the smallest of facilities (those with fewer than 100 beds) were the strongest purchasers this year and enjoyed a 13% jump in adoptions.
