Pharmacy Automation Consulting & Technologies’ (PHACTS, LLC) team of experts have worked with pharmacies for over 38 years and have over 28 years of healthcare IT experience. We identify the optimal means to meet objectives for inventory management, waste reduction and expirations, pharmacy automation, improved workflow processes, and bar code medication administration. The consulting team includes pioneers who developed the first inventory management software to operate carousels in hospital pharmacies over 19 years ago.

PHACTS helps develop the workflow processes that are right for each unique facility and staff. Consulting services include a detailed review of a facility’s current operation, and recommendations for improved processes and technology to meet future goals and initiatives. We also offer advanced software and hardware products to manage inventory and assets across health systems, ensure bar codes are available on all doses, and help hospitals save time with new automated system implementations.
