Angelica Berni, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is the director of clinical ambulatory and specialty pharmacy services at Baptist Health South Florida. She earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and completed PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration at the University of Kansas Health System, where she also obtained a master of science. Angelica oversees financial, operational, quality, and clinical aspects of specialty pharmacy services and leads the clinical ambulatory pharmacy service line, which includes pharmacy population health initiatives, pharmacist-led clinics, refill management programs, medication assistance programs, ambulatory transitions of care, and outpatient antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
