Carrie D’Aiuto, PharmD, BCPS, previously served as a medication safety officer at BayCare Health System, where she led medication safety initiatives across eight hospitals and directed the health system’s drug diversion program. Carrie completed two years of postgraduate residency training in medication use safety at the University of Kentucky.
