Felicia R. Britt, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCSCP, is the assistant director of compounding operations at Duke University Health System in Durham, North Carolina. Felicia earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and completed a combined PGY1/PGY2 residency in health system pharmacy administration and leadership at Massachusetts General Hospital. During her residency, she completed her MS from the University of North Carolina Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
