Felicia Britt, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCSCP, is the assistant director of compounding operations at Duke University Health System, where she oversees compounding compliance and quality assurance for the System. Felicia earned her Doctor of Pharmacy and MS degrees from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. She completed a Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership residency at Massachusetts General Hospital. Felicia has presented at national conferences and has significant experience in leadership of health-system compounding operations.
