Haley L. Kavelak, PharmD, BCCCP, is a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist at St. Luke’s University Health Network in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Haley earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where she also completed her PGY-2 residency. She completed her PGY-1 residency at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine.
