Kate Snyder, PharmD, BCPS, CPPS is the compliance, quality assurance, and medication safety pharmacists at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island. After graduation, Snyder completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice residency at Cape Regional Medical Center in Cape May Court House, New Jersey and a PGY-2 residency in Medication-Use Safety and Policy at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans’ Affairs Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Upon completion of her residency training, Dr. Snyder served as a smart pump pharmacist on the pharmacy medication safety team at Cleveland Clinic.
