Kimberly Germinal, PharmD, MS candidate, a second-year health system pharmacy administration and leadership at the University of North Carolina Medical Center in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Alongside her residency training, Kimberly is pursuing a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a specialization in Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She continued her education at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, where she obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
