Kristen Cosentino, PharmD, BS, BCPS, is the pharmacy manager of sterile compounding and the USP <797> Designated Person at Jefferson Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She has oversight of four cleanroom suites which include three hazardous sterile compounding locations within the health system. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Jefferson College of Pharmacy - Philadelphia.
