Lucas C. Haas, PharmD, MBA is a PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership resident at the University of North Carolina Medical Center. He earned both his Doctor of Pharmacy and Master of Business Administration degrees at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana and is pursuing his Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at UNC Chapel Hill. Following the completion of his residency, Lucas is looking to pursue a career in pharmacy operational leadership with a focus on lean process improvement, financial stewardship, and developing cohesive teams.
