Michael Postelnick, RPh, BCPS, is the clinical coordinator for the department of pharmacy at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He received his pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and is board-certified in pharmacotherapy, with added qualifications in infectious diseases.
