Michael Stepanovic, PharmD, MS, is an assistant professor in the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. He teaches in the PharmD and MS programs in health-system pharmacy administration and leadership and supports curriculum development and program growth. He completed his PharmD at Purdue University and a PGY1/PGY2 HSPAL residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. His work focuses on pharmacy leadership, supply chain, and innovation, and he is active in international professional organizations. His work also emphasizes leadership development and the application of innovative practices to advance the pharmacy enterprise.
