Micke Ayala, CPhT, has served as the pharmacy technician supervisor for sterile and non-sterile compounding at Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, and the Sutter Medical Center Infusion Center since 2015. In this role, he leads the development of competency training programs and accountability systems to ensure high standards in both sterile and non-sterile compounding practices. Micke is currently pursuing advanced certifications in sterile compounding, regulatory compliance, and advanced pharmacy technician practice to further expand his expertise and support the ongoing growth of his team and department.
