Robert C. Gresham III, PharmD is a PGY2 Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership resident at the University of North Carolina (UNC) Medical Center. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy in 2024 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences at UNC-Chapel Hill. Robert’s professional interests include managed care pharmacy, pharmacy supply chain management, operations management, and the integration of automation and technology in pharmacy practice. His leadership interests center on talent development and retention, fostering a culture of accountability, and cultivating an agile pharmacy environment that can adapt to the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
