Robert E. Wills, PharmD, MS, BCPS, DPLA, is the director of pharmacy at St. Luke’s Meridian Medical Center and an adjunct assistant professor at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. As an alumnus of the UNC Health-System Pharmacy Administration MS program, his practice and teaching focus on applying strategic planning and evidence-based leadership frameworks to develop collaborative, safety-centered teams. He is dedicated to fostering mentorship and leveraging intentional strategic vision to advance health-system pharmacy practice.
