Sally Tice, RPh, PharmD, MHA, BCPS, is a clinical pharmacist and pharmacist coordinator, IV/OR, at Geisinger Medical Center. She graduated with a bachelor of science in pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, a master’s in health administration from St. Joseph’s University, and a PharmD from Shenandoah University.
