Susannah F. Herkert is the executive vice president in Guidepost’s DEA Regulatory Compliance Practice. As a nationally recognized expert in the area of controlled substance investigations and regulatory compliance, she has led more than 150 mock DEA inspections at healthcare facilities nationwide. She was involved in the development and implementation of controlled substance compliance policies/procedures and trainings for a virtual manufacturer of controlled substances and has served as an expert witness in multiple judicial districts on diversion investigations. Prior to Guidepost, she served with the DEA for more than 15 years.
