Winson Soo-Hoo, RPh, MBA currently serves as the senior director of pharmacy services at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia main campus, where he oversees pharmaceutical services that includes 600 inpatient beds, two outpatient infusion centers, three off-site ambulatory surgical centers, and three urgent care centers. Under his leadership, CHOP has significantly expanded its clinical pharmacy services to include pharmacokinetic monitoring, EPIC-based acuity patient care monitoring, discharge medication counseling, and enhanced drug information services. He also established ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency programs, reflecting his commitment to professional development and excellence in pharmacy practice.
