The system includes a set of pre-configured task templates, but also provides flexibility and customizability for the health system’s needs. Its capabilities include integration into Pyxis IV Prep workflow, multi-step tasks for complex processes (such as media fill competency testing), multiple result types for tasks, policy acknowledgment tasks, escalation pathways, and flexible scheduling: one-time, floating, fixed, and recurring. In addition, the system can upload attachments and assign tasks to specific users or roles (such as pharmacists or pharmacy technicians). It offers pre-configured task templates for USP <797> and <800>, configurable reporting dashboards, and scheduled email reporting.
