NuAire announces key ergonomic feature updates to its PharmaGard CAI and CACI isolators. The in-work-zone sharps and waste containers can be independently changed via pulling the containers down and out, repositioning the container closer to the pharmacist for easy replacement. The locking mechanism creates an airtight seal to maintain a true ISO Class 5 environment. The improved, vertical sliding counter balance inter-change window creates a seamless transition when transporting compounding materials into the work zone.
