The flexpoint HS-1M handheld bar code scanner from JADAK is designed specifically for healthcare applications. Developed with input from nurses and other medical professionals, the HS-1M features safety feedback mechanisms to alert and provide feedback if the wrong drug was scanned. It also has an IP54 sealed housing compatible with commonly used medical cleaning agents and disinfectants. The HS-1M is compatible with all linear (1D), stacked linear (PDF417), and matrix (2D) bar codes.
