GSE introduces the Eyecon prescription validation, counting, and filling system designed to improve filling accuracy, patient safety, and inventory management. The system consists of a camera mounted above the counting tray that captures five photo images per second of the pills as the user pours them from a stock bottle. The system identifies tablet fragments and foreign matter as well. The system records each transaction performed and that data can be saved to a USB-enabled drive and loaded into a spreadsheet for inventory management and reporting.
