B. Braun announces an alliance with CME America to distribute the BodyGuard line of ambulatory infusion pumps. B. Braun’s customers have access to the full line of pumps, including the BodyGuard 323 multi-therapy pump used to deliver antibiotics, chemotherapy, parenteral and enteral nutrition, analgesics, and patient-controlled analgesia (PCA); the BodyGuard 545 epidural pump designed and color-coded for epidural medication infusion; the BodyGuard 575 PCA pump, which delivers continuous bolus and clinician-activated bolus infusions for PCA; and the BodyGuard 121 (Twins) pump, designed for hospital and home use when administering more than one medication.
