ScriptPro Patient Services Portal (PSP) is an enterprise-wide hardware and software application of the SP Central Workflow System that provides self-service patient pharmacy services, ticket queuing, and patient-prescription integration. PSP organizes and tracks the prescription pick-up process between clinics and pharmacies within a health care system. Using PSP components, patients can select a prescription pick-up time and pharmacy location, drop off prescriptions, request refills, and manage their profiles. For the pharmacy, patients are prioritized and workload is organized. PSP allows for a flexible, organized pharmacy experience with reduced wait times.
