Swisslog introduces new preventive maintenance programs (also known as service and support agreements) aimed at helping hospitals achieve long-term optimal performance from any pneumatic tube system made by any manufacturer. Designed to help pneumatic tube systems operate at peak efficiency, the programs come in three levels: platinum, gold, and silver. The platinum program includes four preventive maintenance visits, the gold includes two visits, and the silver includes one visit, annually. In addition to the preventive maintenance visits, other benefits can include discounted parts and software upgrades, on- demand service calls, a technical support phone number, on-site training, and a system uptime analysis.
