Clean Harbors announces its online pharmaceutical waste management estimator for hospitals. The tool provides a menu of service/ cost options and top-line estimates of over- all costs. The online questionnaire requests basic organization, bed census, and services information, and then responds via e-mail, fax, or postal mail with six service options that include services levels, frequency, and three- year estimates. The six service/cost options range from managing and segregating only RCRA waste to handling all hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical waste. Also outlined are staffing combinations of outsourced and in-house staff.
