The Vial2Bag DC system from Progressive Medical enables reconstitution and transfer of a drug between a vial and an IV bag. Able to assist in meeting the compounding provisions associated with USP <797>, the needle-free, easy-to-use design of the Vial2Bag DC system is designed for immediate-use applications and can optimize pharmacy cleanroom time, reduce drug and fluid waste, and assist in standardizing admixture systems for nursing. Compatible with all standard IV bags, the system is available for any 13-mm (orange) or 20-mm (blue) diameter vials. In addition, it works with both liquid and powder medications.
