Cooper-Atkins introduces its DPS300-01 swivel head, digital pocket test thermometer. The thermometer will now re-start in the °F or °C temperature mode it was set to last. The DPS300-01 also has a head that swivels 90° in either direction allowing for temperature readings at any angle. With a stainless steel stem and reduced tip design to give quick response times, it helps with spot-checking of refrigerator units reported as out of proper temperature range.
